Burning Words

Exploring the idea on endangered languages and their values in the contemporary world we live in today felt like an infinite echo that with time loses its clarity.

The process of developing the idea for this work is merging the symbolism of fire that I have been exploring for many years in my work "Taming Fire" together with my performance work where this fire process was born.

Burning the words that are written subconsciously on the theme of disappearing, identity, language as a form of expression, the journey of self development in this world and reflecting on the contemporary life.

Burning words caries the symbolism of all natural elements juxtaposed with the issues on endangered languages.
